Empire Clinical Research Investigator Program
The NYS Department of Health (DOH) has just announced acceptance of applications for the 2011 Empire Clinical Research Investigator Program (ECRIP), with funding contingent upon annual authorization in the State budget.
The Program supports clinical research fellowships, each with an annual stipend of $75,000 for salary and fringe benefits, to eligible M.D. graduates at GME training hospitals in New York State for one or two years, beginning about July 2012. The fellowships are awarded to faculty sponsors without need to specify the recipient fellows who are appointed later on.
